We Build Large (and Small) Pool Enclosures

We’ve been building and repairing screen enclosures of all types since the 80s. Aluminum, wood and even steel frames with all sorts of materials for the screens. Usually vinyl or aluminum, though.

Anyway, with all this experience also comes expertise that is in demand all year around. This particular pool cage was built on an existing frame and expanded. We made it taller and enclosed more area.

Whenever we have a new pool screen to build, we start with an in-depth quote to the customer. That means we arrive, measure and discover what your dreams are regarding your pool cage. Then we figure out a reasonable cost and time estimate and then go to work, building your dream pool cage setup.

Installing the screens

After the pool cage frame has been erected, it is time to add the screens. For large projects like this one in Jacksonville, FL, we roll out huge sheets of screen material. This cage has vinyl screens and will last a long time in the humid weather we experience in Florida.

It takes all day to roll out, stretch and secure the screens with a 3-person crew. (Some builds are larger and some smaller.) By the time we leave, you are tickled pink with pleasure at the new screened in area in your yard.

We also screen in porches, repair old screens and even install lighting if you want it!

How long does a new cage take to build?

This pool cage took about a week after the plans were approved. The actual screening portion only took a day and this customer did not choose lighting or any other specialty service and so it was a relatively simple project. Your timeline may differ.
